By installing and using the CostPerClick Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Extension is provided by CosmoLabs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.
CostPerClick is a browser extension that tracks how often you visit websites associated with subscriptions you manually add, and calculates the cost-per-use of those subscriptions. The Extension operates entirely within your browser and stores all data locally on your device.
The Extension is available in two tiers:
All features are available to both Free and Pro users. The only difference is the number of subscriptions you can track.
Pro purchases are processed by Stripe via ExtensionPay.com. CosmoLabs does not directly handle payment information.
Pro is a one-time purchase (not a subscription). If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at support@cosmolabs.co.uk.
CostPerClick provides estimates based on the data it can observe — specifically, website visits within the Chrome browser. The Extension cannot track usage of desktop applications, mobile apps, other browsers, or smart TV apps. Cost-per-use calculations are approximations and should not be relied upon as precise financial data.
All data entered into and generated by the Extension is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your data on any server. You can delete all data at any time through the Extension's settings. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
The Extension, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of CosmoLabs Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Extension without our written permission.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CosmoLabs Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on the Extension's data.
CostPerClick is not financial advice. The Extension is an informational tool designed to help you understand your subscription usage patterns. Any decision to cancel, modify, or maintain a subscription is yours alone.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may update the Extension and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
